Refund policy

Need to return your purchase?

No worries! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@satinedlined.com. In your email please include the order number and the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Providing this information will help us quickly process your return. We also take customer feedback very seriously, and use it to improve our products. Once your return is complete we will issue you 50% of the cost of the item. 

Why only a 50% refund?

You wouldn't want to wear a hat that someone else was wearing, right? So we do not restock returned items and for that reason we can only offer a refund up to 50% to cover the cost of goods and shipping. 

When do I receive a refund?

Once we have your received your item, we will issue your refund. If you do not return your item within 30 days of receiving the item you will not receive a refund.

Exchanges

Do you need to exchange an item for a different size or style? Send us an email at hello@satinedlined.com containing your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the item you want in replacement. We will process an exchange order for you and create a return label for the items you are exchanging. We will cover the cost of the return label. If you do not return the exchange item within 30 days of receiving it, you will be charged for the exchange order that was sent.

 

Damages and issues with your order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
