SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Satined is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the
local authorities.
If you purchased Route Protection with your order, please contact Route to process a claim and get a full refund for your lost or stolen order.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Satined allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unused. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In the event there are items which are out of stock we will cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
We offer shipping worldwide. International orders outside of the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping. International orders will take an additional 7 - 20 business days to be delivered in addition to our 4 - 10 business days processing time. Delivery time is subject to courier delays due to holidays, weekends, COVID-19, inclement weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstance.
The cost of shipping, taxes, import duties, and other fees are dependent on the destination country of the order, and is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for these costs. Depending on your country is may be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.
